Youth Event Registration
By registering for this event, I recognize that risk of injury is present. I agree that I will not hold Liberty Church liable for any injury incurred as a result of my child’s participation in or travel to/from this event.
By registering for this event, I (my child) agree to act with Christian love, humility, honesty, modesty and out of respect for others and those in leadership. I (my child) agree to abide by all rules put in place throughout the duration of the event. And, I understand that if I do not, I may be asked to leave the event (to be picked up by my parents).
